Why Airtel Network is Not Working? Get to know the main reasons why your airtime network signal is not active or working properly as usual.
If you are facing issues with your Airtel network or your Airtel network is not working properly, there are some reasons why your Airtel network is not working. But the fact is that there are solutions to this network failure.
In this article, I will explain the reasons why the Airtel network
is not working and also explain some guides that will provide the solution to the problem.
What is the Airtel Network?
Bharti Airtel Ltd., also known as “Airtel,” is a unique Indian multinational telecommunications service company that has its headquarters in New Delhi, NCT, India. It is also one of the best service providers in Nigeria and other nations where it operates.
With its history of competence, when networking issues occur, Airtel makes the necessary efforts to provide solutions to the problem to ensure its customers are satisfied.
Why Airtel Network is Not Working
As I said earlier, there are reasons why the Airtel network is not working. Sometimes, the Airtel networks are down or undergoing maintenance.
Other than this, below are some common issues that can interrupt your Airtel network service.
1) Low Network in Your Area
If you have a poor network in your area, there may be no way your Airtel network will come back to normal.
Do not attempt to solve this problem because once there is no connection in your area, there is no way your Airtel network can work in that area unless you leave that area.
If there is a network issue in your area, Airtel will send you a message through their official website and social platforms.
2) When You Do Not Restart Your Phone
This is one of the reasons why your Airtel network is not working. Once you restart your phone, your connection comes back. This method is one of the easiest and most straightforward ways to get the network issues resolved.
3) Absence of GPRS Setting
If your Airtel network is not working, you may be lacking GPRS. So all you have to do is request Airtel to provide you with the GPRS setting. Using your registered Airtel number, send an SMS requesting the service.
To use Airtel’s USSD code for GPRS internet settings, text “MO” to 54321. Open the website address and input your mobile number. Then wait for the GPRS setting to proceed and complete the settings.
4) Negligence in Checking Your Settings
Sometimes you forget to switch on the data set on your mobile device. If you do so, ensure that your Airtel network mode is switched on to between 29 and 36 or 49 automatically. For those who are roaming, data is always turned on.
5) Not Updating Your Device
Many mobile device users always ignore messages once they are notified to update their devices. Once your Airtel network stops working, it might be because you did not update your mobile device.
Updating does not take much time. Once you update your device, your Airtel network will be restored.
6) Reporting Network Problems to Airtel
If, after going through all the above methods, your problem with the Airtel network is not resolved, you may file an appeal with the Appellate Authority via post, complaint center, email, facsimile, or in person.
Once you decide to appeal, make sure it is between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the weekend. Always include the request number and details of your complaint.
Ensure you file your appeal within 90 days of the expiration of your complaint. You can also complain to the consumer forum, but your complaint must include your name, address, type, and the relief you are seeking. Attach some documents to support your facts and the facts of your complaints.
Why Does My Airtel Internet Randomly Disconnect?
It is necessary to reboot the router once there is a random disconnection. You can unplug the router for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. You must also consider interference.
Try changing the router to a spot that is always closer to your device.
How Can I Message Customer Support About an Airtel Network Issue?
Simply dial 121. This is the code for Airtel customer service.
How can I make a report concerning the “Airtel Internet Network” problem?
If you have an Airtel networking issue, go to the “My Network” tab’s network map, place a pin in the exact position, and file your complaint.
Many people complain about why the Airtel network is not working, which is of great concern to the majority of the complainants.
The Airtel customer units are efficient, effective, fast, and competent to resolve these issues. That is why I gave several ways to sort out the Airtel network issues and also gave some alternatives to use.
I believe I have been able to explain why the Airtel network is not working and also provide useful solutions.
